#7 | Academic Plan | Major or Curriculum Code. For undergraduate students this refers to their majors; Criminal Justice, Accounting, Nursing. |
#8 | Academic Program | Degree/Non-Degree. The degree type e.g., A.S., A.A., A.A.S. |
#9 | Academic Structure | Defines how programs (including degrees, majors, specializations, and concentrations) are organized. |
#10 | Academic Sub-plan | Concentration, Specialization or Curriculum Code. A specialization, concentration, or option; sub plans are always linked to a plan. |
#11 | Add/ Drop Consent | This is equivalent in SIMS to Restrictions, e.g., Department or Instructor Permission. |
#12 | Advisor Center | A self-service administrative "dashboard" used by advisors to manage their advisor related activities with the student, e.g., view a student's academic progress and assist student in enrollment activities. |

#5 | Component | Identifies the different structure of a course (i.e., lecture, lab, seminar, or tutorial. |
#6 | Course Attributes | Associated to courses or specific class sections and are generally used for reporting purposes. Note in SIMS, this was derived from the CPROG table e.g., writing intensive, College Now, experimental. |
#7 | Course Catalog | A list of all courses that are or have been offered at each campus, with descriptions and all other course details. (It is similar to the "Course Master" in eSIMS). |
#8 | CUNYfirst Icons | Are graphical representations of CUNYfirst actions. |
#9 | Customer Relations Management (CRM): | The ticketing system used to report CUNYfirst issues and manage and control workflow. When you report an issue, they will go in as "CRM tickets". |

Classes in a student's shopping cart remain there throughout the term, until the student either enrolls in a class or deletes the class from their Shopping Cart. Note: Classes added to the shopping cart are only temporary and doesn't mean that students are enrolled in those classes. |
